Eden Prairie residents and owners of Pham's Deli, Trung & Katie Pham will come to your home and prepare a fabulous Chinese/Vietnamese dinner for 4-6 people.
The menu will include two (2) appetizers, a main course, dessert, and two (2) bottles of white wine.
Proposed menu includes the following (note: chefs will work with you if you prefer something else):
- two (2) appetizers from the following choices - chicken egg rolls, vegetarian spring rolls, dumplings, or a refreshing citrus sald with sesame dressing
- entree - chicken stir fry with seasonal vegetables served with jasmine rice
- dessert - bean and rice coconut pudding

Some food prep may take place prior to the dinner, in the Pham's restaurant due to prep time, space and equipment.
Pham's Deli is located in the Midtown Global Market which was recognized in Bon Appétit (Dec 2009) as one of "the best in-store dining" hotspots in the Nation.

Special Instructions
- Dinner must be held in an Eden Prairie residence.
- Date and time to be mutually agreed to by winner and Pham's Deli.
- Dinner must be completed by 2/23/2014.
- Winners are responsible for providing own alcoholic beverages other than the two bottles of wine provided.
- Some food may be prepared ahead of time in the Pham's restaurant due to prep time, space and equipment.
- If winner is online bidder, certificate will be mailed within 1 week of auction close.
