I chose therapeutic massage because I enjoy helping those who have "issues in their tissues".  I truly believe that our body has the ability to heal itself when we are proactive in bringing our bodies back to homeostasis by maintaining a healthy diet, exercise, rest and receive bodywork regularly.  There will be times when our bodies become unbalanced due to illness, stress, injuries and that is the time to come and see me for bodywork or just for relaxation.  I provide cilent-centered care and I am trained in various massage techniques. I am excited to work with you and help your body regain balance and  begin the healing process.
