Temenos Healing Arts believes that everyone deserves wellness.
As part of your healthy lifestyle including good nutrition, hydration,  exercise and rest, a monthly maintenance massage can decrease physical and emotional stress, address current conditions and help prevent new ones.

I offer massage and reflexology sessions in a private office
located in the beautiful Historic Y Courtyard, 1/2 block from 4th Ave.

My goal is to provide high-quality services which are affordable enough for you to maintain frequent visits and achieve optimal mind-body health.

Swedish/DeepTissue/Reflexology

Jamie is an Arizona Licensed Massage Therapist and member of ABMP. She graduated from Cortiva Institute- Tucson's 750-hr program in 2010 and completed her 150-hr reflexology certification at the American Academy of Reflexology in Los Angeles in 2007.

Jamie has been a long-time believer in the healing power of natural food, natural medicine and yoga. She is the proud mama of 2
children born at the Birth and Women's Health Center in Tucson - one by water and one by land.

"I believe that bodywork can simultaneously provide soothing relaxation and deep muscular therapy. As a practitioner, it is my intention to always be aware and respectful of being in contact with both the client's physical and emotional being.
           

I generally incorporate reflex points and acupressure points into my therapeutic massage treatments, facilitating healing on more than one level."
