For those of you who love to unwind and relax, we have a unique opportunity for you.

Therapist Dorothy Richmond practices a form of aquatic massage known as “watsu therapy”. This form of massage is practiced at the local resort, Miraval, made famous by Oprah’s visits to it and is now available to you!

Watsu sessions are about an hour and fifteen minutes of aquatic massage therapy as you float in a pool of 96 degree warm water. Each session is unique and may include some cranial-sacral therapy, jin shin jyutsu, stretching, stillness and time to come back slowly to life on land. Towels, robes, shower, drinking water and a patio garden are here for you.
