2 Night Stay for 2 people at Cat Mountain Lodge, includes Breakfast or Lunch at Coyote Paws Cafe
A beautiful bed & breakfast in the desert nestled at the base of the Tucson Mountains on the outskirts of the city, just a few hundred feet from Tucson Mountain Park West. Our loedge has eco-friendly features built into a vintage ranch setting, with five spacious rooms that provide southwestern styling mixed with modern conveniences. Each room has a private bath, sitting area, and opens through French doors onto the central courtyard filled with native plants and a water fountain. Guests often retreat into our Arizona Room to relax in front of our beehive fireplace with a fresh cup of coffee, or browse on our computer to peruse the many golf courses, hiking & biking trails, museums, and historical attractions in our area.
Our Lodge sits on more than 13 magnificent acres, and has plenty of free parking. Two rooms are wheelchair accessible and dogs are also allowed in select rooms. Breakfast or lunch is included at neighboring Coyote Pause Café, featuring healthy and innovative dishes everyday 7:30am-2:30pm, and dinner from 4-8:00pm on Fridays. Our guests enjoy strolling through our expansive grounds, as well as shopping at Cat Mountain Station, which features a 4,500 sq. ft. antiques & collectables consignment shop and local artisans’ galleries.
The telescopes in Spencer's Observatory, located just outside our courtyard, captivates stargazers with brilliant views of the clear, dark skies that hover over this area of the Tucson Mountain Range. Our Lodge is also a short drive to Arizona’s Kitt Peak and the University of Arizona’s Flandrau Planetarium.
Our location at 2720 S. Kinney Rd. is a stone’s throw from Saguaro National Park, and minutes from Arizona-Sonora Desert Museum and Old Tucson Studios. Nature lovers can explore the many desert hiking and biking trails that meander through the mountains and desert, or sit comfortably on our outdoor patio to marvel at local wildlife. Day trips are abundant with the many attractions of the City of Tucson, nearby Tribal Casinos, the University of Arizona campus, and neighboring historic cities such as Tubac, Bisbee and Tombstone. Our on-site innkeeper is always happy to assist in the planning of your daily activities.
Each room opens to the shared hacienda style courtyard and has access to the Arizona room, which includes a computer with printer and wifi, along with books and magazines, and sitting area around a beehive fireplace.
