This is a deeply relaxing, often dreamy & blissful,meditative, yet engergizing yoga therapy given while fully clothed in yoga-like clothing on a mat on the floor. It combines rhythmic acupressure on energy lines and points, yoga like stretches, breath awareness, a meditative state and metta (loving kindness) from the feet to the head. It can be a very transformative yoga therapy, combining the benefits of yoga postures, breathwork/pranayam, meditation and metta.
