In the mid 90's, Target was opening stores in Chicago. As a teaser, they put up billboards everywhere with the now-iconic bullseye, and the slogan 'It's Target Time.' Nobody knew what the heck it meant, but all were curious. When stores finally opened, it was awesome - people didn't know how they'd ever lived without one of Minnesota's greatest exports. And now, is there even one person across the country who doesn't stop at a Target at least once a week? Where did we used to shop for batteries, cold medicine, pet food, and grapes? No one really remembers - we're just happy to have a Target nearby.
