John Wetter, Technical Services Manager at Hopkins Schools and tour guide for F5 Tours, will take you and a guest on a real storm chase! Witness the power and intensity of nature while also seeing the countryside of central Minnesota, northern Iowa, or North or South Dakota! John has been storm chasing for 16 years and has witnessed dozens of tornadoes throughout Tornado Alley. The winner and guest should be ready for an exciting day of awe-inspiring nature. You'll be expertly guided to the best view of the storm while remaining safe and comfortable. Be sure to bring your camera!
Special Instructions
All tours will leave from a mutually agreed upon location in Hopkins, and may arrive back late that evening (after midnight). Winner and guest must sign F5 Tours waiver agreement before participating in a storm chase. Winner will need to provide contact information in order to be reached a day or two before severe weather to schedule the potential storm chasing trip. Offer is only good for 2013; if trip is not coordinated, offer does not carry over. John will do his best to show you the best severe weather possible, but tornadoes or severe storms cannot be guaranteed. Winner and their guest will be responsible for food and any other purchases they make during the day --transportation and guide services are provided.
