Gustavus has celebrated 150 years of community, excellence, faith, justice and service, and continues to encourage its students to 'Make Your Life Count'. The private Lutheran college in St. Peter is known for its supportive community, personal attention from faculty and small class size, and students' commitment to service. Student-faculty collaborative research opportunities abound, and many students study abroad.
