Almost every recipe begins with an instruction: chop an onion, mince some garlic or maybe julienne some vegetables. Not every cook, however, has mastered these basic skills. Please join Kendall College trained Personal Chef and Sacred Heart parent, Tracy Rhodes, for a fun fundamental knife skills class to learn to accomplish these tasks effectively. On the menu, easy and elegant summer party hor
d'oeuvres, including shrimp "margarita" with avocado and garden
tomatoes, herbed ricotta bruscetta, fresh salmon tartare, and apple and celery salad. So, grab your friends and prepare to share these yummy appetizers and homemade Sangria together while learning something new. This event will be held on Friday, May 17th at the home of Elizabeth Garino. Limited to 6 people.
