In an age of increasing pressures on young girls and women, we want to establish strong, self-confident and self-knowing young women full of integrity and compassion.  A strong and healthy body, focused mind, and sense of self through yoga can lead one on this path.  This yoga session is being provided for 20 young women in grades 3-5, Sunday, March 24, 2013.  This theme-based session will include breathing, guided meditation and favorite asanas providing the girls with fun movement, clarity and an opportunity to bond in a special way.  This yoga session will be followed by tea and a healthy snack. Each girl will leave with a gift bag to help them continue their yoga practice and meditation at home.  $30 per person. Time will be determined..
