Local Personal Chef, Courtney Raftery, will help you organize and plan your dinner party for 8! Together you'll come to an agreed upon date/time and menu that suits your needs. On the day of the event, Courtney will shop for the ingredients and cook the meal (either at your house or at a commercial kitchen space). The food will then be ready for your event. Follow the easy reheating instructions to reheat the food. (Staff will not be in attendance at the dinner party.)
