A self proclaimed foodie, Mandar is a professor of engineering at UVM and has always enjoyed preparing Indian recipes as well as cuisines from all over the world. He has offered  Indian cooking classes through UVM's Continuing Education department in the past, which have been very popular. The participants have been preparing his dishes ever since and impressing their friends and families.
