The Mill Hill Inn bed & breakfast and the Studio Bistro & Bar tapas restaurant is located in the historic town of Bethel, Maine near Sunday River ski resort. The B&B is a unique take on traditional northern New England hospitality. Recently renovated in 2010, the 17th century barn has six rooms including two suites inspired by owner Woody Hughes' authentic and acclaimed artistic background. The Inn can comfortably sleep up to 22 guests with full breakfast included. The tapas restaurant, the Studio Bistro & Bar at the Mill Hill Inn, is open Thursday through Sunday at 5pm. The menu features a small plates designed to be shared over the course of the meal. The full bar has top shelf liquor, a large line up of unusual beers from around the world, and a delightful wine list that is forever changing.
