Description
A 75 minute private group yoga class for your family, office or company. Kiana will come and teach a yoga (and meditation if you wish) class for your family or group on site. Sebastopol area only.
The winner of this item from one year's auction asked Kiana to come to Sebastopol Independent Charter School's 5th grade Indian Feast. Kiana taught a large group of 5th graders, their parents and siblings to do some basic yoga moves and to breathe and focus. Every one learned a lot and really enjoyed the experience.
