2009 SYRAH
A syrah with a gentle seductive grip. Layers of fruit and spice dance along the palate with expressions of black cherries, chocolate, ripe raspberry, and coffee. A touch of Grenache softens the spices and keeps the bites to a nibble.
2009 CABERNET SAUVIGNON
A gentle cab without the high tannins that suck the moisture out of your mouth for days. A medium light bodied cab that serves flavor of black currant, cherry, coffee, herbal layer, and hints of minerality throughout. An elegant wine with a tight balance and finish.
2009 CHARDONNAY
This chardonnay comes from the Carneros region where the cool breezes provide a long growing season which allows for optimal phenolic ripeness. This wine as fermented in mostly neutral French barrels. Essence of tropical and passion fruit are combined with a pleasant minerality and bright acidity.
2009 MERLOT
A merlot that will make Miles shutter. Complexity dipped in elegance with a soft, suttle finish. The mouth gently fills with flavors of cherries, plums, and wild berries from start to finish. A perfectly paired with chocolate mouse or duck.
