Description
In this course, based on the Body-Mind Centering® embodiment process, you will be able to locate, identify, and sense specific body systems, discover their movement characteristics, corresponding mind qualities, interconnections, and appropriate function in daily life.
Learning and experiencing our human biology in our bodies as well as minds concretizes and personalizes that information and brings it alive!
MARGHE MILLS-THYSEN has taught nationally for over 35 years, and is in private practice in Sebastopol, CA. She studied with Dr. Feldenkrais, and is a certified practitioner and senior Feldenkrais Method® teacher. She is also a BMC® and anatomy teacher, creator of audio movement lessons, the video “Strengthening Your Immune System Through Mind & Movement,”® and Developmental Movement Therapy with Bonnie Bainbridge Cohen.
