Description
"Arepas" are a typical gluten free food from Colombia, South America. Great for breakfast or any meal when you are in a hurry or to serve as a healthy snack. Made with fine precooked white corn meal ( non GMO corn) and organic ingredients. Ingredients can be substituted or eliminated according to your dietary needs. Four (4) packages of six frozen "arepas" and printed instructions will be delivered to your home in Santa Rosa, Sebastopol or to the school. Imagine a pancake, but sturdy, more delicate and lighter than a "pupusa," and off course, very yummy!!!!!!
Shipping info: $1.00 plus $1.90 insurance (optional). The Charter Foundation is not responsible for any items lost in the mail.
