Larkin Morgan is offering a 2 hour introductory level workshop on herbs and healing.  This can be customized to your interests.  Handouts and tastings (or topical samples) will be included.  Larkin specializes in family herbal education, helping people to gain knowledge in self-care and using herbs to support wellness for the entire family.

A Sampling of Topics to Choose From:

Herbal 1st Aid - for home and travel

Seasonal Wellness - allergies, holiday digestive support, coughs/colds/flu, heat exhaustion and sunburn

Women's Reproductive Health - puberty and growing bodies, happy and pain-free moon cycles, healthy breasts, menopause

Edible and Medicinal Plants from the Yard and Garden

Skin health - homemade skin care products, herbs to support healthy skin

Kitchen medicinals - incorporating herbs into our daily foods in a fun and tasty way

Medicine Making Basics - how to make your own fabulous tea blends, tinctures, infused oils and salves

Shipping info: $2.00 plus $1.90 insurance (optional). The Charter Foundation is not responsible for any items lost in the mail.

Billing Info: Item can be mailed to buyer at buyer's expense. Please see item description for details and shipping costs. The item can also be picked up at Sebastopol Independent Charter School Wednesday December 19th.  Credit cards will be automatically billed Monday December 17th. Unless you are a school parent, you will automatically be charged for shipping unless you contact us before 9.00 a.m., Monday, December 17th.  If you would like rush delivery on your item, or if you would prefer to use a different method of payment, please email cristina@thecharterfoundation.org  by 9.00 a.m., Monday, December 17th.
