Chef Mark’s specialty is Mediterranean cuisine. After studying in Tuscany, Italy at Tavola Marche cooking school, he returned to Austin to work as a personal chef and culinary supervisor on the local PBS cooking series “Cucina Tuscana” with Damian Mandola and Johnny Caraba.

The winning bidder will enjoy a four-course meal, with wine pairings, prepared by Chef Mark in your home kitchen. You and your three guests will even get to learn some chef’s secrets, helping out with hands-on demonstrations of the dishes.
