The Mast Brothers look like they were born in 1809 (not 1989), but we won't hold that against them, since lots of young guys do now--and besides we love their chocolate, not just because it wakes up your taste buds and is 100% eco and thoughtful and is packed in what looks like hand-made wallpaper that's been wrapped by little old ladies in Italy--make that Brooklyn guys with beards.

But it's not for these reasons that we love Mast: it's for the Hobson's choice it presents. What do you do with a product so scrumptious you can't wait to eat it, but so pretty you can't stand to open it? We leave it to you do decide. Happy agonizing.
