This is for 2 sessions with Sibylle Bautz specializing in European Physiotherapy and Rolfing Structural Integration.

One session will be on Movement Education which will help you to be aware of your body mechanics and how you can be more efficient.  It also allows you to explore old and new patterns in posture and movement.

Second session will focus on soft tissue body work.

Sibylle has practiced manual therapy since 1989.
