Too busy for the gym? Have a gym membership but not enough time to make it there on a regular basis?
Join us for three small group training sessions to be held in the Multipurpose Room at CDS on three consecutive Friday mornings in January - Friday, January 11, 18 and 25.
This program is designed to give busy moms new ideas on how fitness and weight loss goals CAN be achieved without a gym.
Week One: Nutrition and goal setting followed by a workout and "homework" assignment.
Weeks Two and Three: The focus will be on real take away exercises and workout formats to make your goals a reality.
A goal without a plan is nothing but a wish!
