Pilates is a mind-body exercise system designed to work your body from the inside out, to build strength, gain flexibility, de-stress, and improve focus, balance, and coordination.
Susan Peterson of Stott Pilates will guide you through these fun and challenging exercises using a variety of small equipment (props,) including Stability Cushions®, Foam Rollers®, Mini Stability Balls®, Flex Bands®, and Fitness Circles®. You will gain core stability and rebalance your muscles to work more efficiently, to prevent injury, and to improve your athletic ability. Please bring your own exercise mat.
Dates: New session begins on Tuesday, January 8, 2013. (Class card will expire in May, 2013.)
