If I Was A Bird Yoga, a kids yoga PLAYS is located in the Rosecrans Center under CorePower Yoga. The kids schedule mostly mirrors the adult schedule upstairs to support adult and child practice.  Drop off kids for yoga and practice upstairs, go to the gym, run errands  or relax at the studio.  You are always welcome to join the yoga class too. We offer a full schedule of yoga classes daily for ages 4mths old to 13yrs old.
*children under 3 must be accompanied by an adult

All classes are 1 hr 15 min. and include a craft, yoga class and a healthy snack/water (allergy mindful).
