Rev up your engines and get ready for an experience of a lifetime! Mrs. Whitcomb, our very own resident motorcycle racing enthusiast, would like to invite two (2) lucky students to the Costa Mesa Speedway to take in some motocross racing. Enjoy grandstand seating as you cheer on the riders racing around the enclosed, off-road circuit on methanol powered bikes which accelerate from 0-60 mph in under 30 seconds! Tight turns and jumps will keep you on the edge of your seat as you munch on fairground favorites. And if the only sidecar you have ever seen is the one on Chitty Chitty Bang Bang, then think again! These all new reconceptualized rides are souped up for some raceway dazzle! See gear and bikes up close and meet the riders during the "rider parade". And as if all this werent enough, you will also have a chance to cheer on Mrs. Whitcomb's 7 year-old son Luke as he takes his own spin around the track. This once-in-a-lifetime experience will take place on Saturday, June 8 at 6:30 p.m.
