"Estirandose conlas Seoras"- if you are up to speed on your Spanish then this title says it all for this adventure! But for those of you who need a cheat sheet, it's "Stretching with the Seoras"- that's right, find your inner Zen because our fearless Spanish teachers will be your gurus as you head out for a yoga class So Cal style- on the beach of course! Enjoy the sounds of the sea and warmth of the sun while doing yoga on the sands of the Pacific Ocean. Two (2) lucky students will join Sra. Harelson (along with Sra. Botts, Sra. Nakamura and their students) for a private yoga class taught by our very own Pegasus parent, Mrs. Stacey Smith. Be prepared for a workout! Mrs. Smith is a certified yoga instructor who will not only help you relax and find inner peace, she promises to help develop your flexibility, strength and balance. So, bring your Downward Perro and your best Warrior Uno pose and see if you can outstretch your favoriteSeora. Round out your workout with a light spa dinner at a nearby restaurant. Muy divertido! This adventure will take place on Friday, April 19 at 4:00 p.m.
