Waves is a hand knit, open cardigan sweater with shawl collar in a pink, periwinkle and mustard yarn. The pattern is an original design by Jodie Gill of lapetitelibellule.com.  The collar pattern, which bands the cardigan and hangs lower in the back, is a reversible wave pattern. The sleeves are generous, 3/4 length and wide so Waves can be easily slipped on over everything for warmth or for style. The collar is wide enough to pull closed with a pin. A 30" opening from shoulder to shoulder accommodates medium to extra-large (small if the wearer is tall).  The yarn fiber is from a super soft, domestically spun cotton, making the cardie machine washable (preferably in a lingerie bag on delicate and dry flat) and perfect for those allergic to wool. Waves is a wear-anywhere-with-nearly-anything kind of garment.
