An all-day adventure and four-course wild game dinner at the Simpson Ranch - less than an hour from The Woodlands in Iola, TX.  Spend the day viewing exotic wild life, skeet-shooting, and having the opportunity to shoot a 50 cal. long range rifle.  Then, spend the evening feasting on quail, elk, filet, elk sausage and dessert. Finally, finish the evening with wine and drinks by the fire.  The hosts and two additional guests may sleep over at the lodge.
