Our subsidized studio program provides artists with 150 - 800 sq ft workspaces at a 50-90% discount of the market rate. Artists residing in the five boroughs are eligible to apply via our formal application process, and selected participants will be given access to a private, non-smoking , studio space in a commercial or residential building.

Complete with storage, slop sinks, bathrooms, 24/7 secured access, and communal areas, our studio spaces give artists the opportunity to create a professional environment where they can share their work with other artists and arts enthusiasts. Our studios also create a setting into which artists can invite gallery representatives, collectors, dealers, patrons, and buyers in order to present their creations to those who have the ability to sustain their careers. Access to studio space also allows our artists to grow artistically, gain visibility within the arts community, and develop themselves as entrepreneurs.
