One week at this child friendly summer home!  This is a three bedroom (two with queen beds and one with built-in twin bunks), two bathroom house with a lovely big screened-in porch and a garden, a one-minute walk to a calm private beach. The beach is particularly great for small children. At low tide there are sandbars. The water isn’t rough or terribly deep even at high tide and because it’s fairly shallow, it gets warm enough to swim early on in the summer. The beach is seldom crowded. Only Point Connett residents and their guests can use the beaches and the tennis courts. The roads are unpaved. Although there are a few rules like no dogs on the beach, no public parking, etc., it’s a very casual community. Kids run around free and most of the yards flow from one property to another. The house is well equipped. There is a washer, a dryer, a dishwasher, a sauna and basement game room, cooking equipment, and wireless internet.
