BatwaBaskets are made with Uganda local grasses using traditional African techniques.  BatwaBaskets was founded in 2007 to help the Batwa people who were dispaced fromthe Bwindi Impenetrable Forest of Uganda.   All procees from baskedt sales direcelty support the Batwa Development Program, a project of the kellermann Foundaton, a US-based 501()(3) nonprofit organization.
