Santa Cruz Pasta Factory was established to provide reasonably priced, gourmet pasta, ravioli and sauces based on fresh and natural ingredients. We use organic, locally grown ingredients whenever possible, and we purchase as much as possible directly from the local farmers markets.

We are a family-owned business with a personal commitment to our local community. We will continue to find opportunities to support our schools and our local community.
