Staff of Life has grown from a small natural foods bakery into a major natural foods supermarket, and has become a Santa Cruz tradition.  Complete with our sushi bar, natural foods deli, natural meat & fish department, organic produce department, huge bulk foods department, supplement and health & beauty department, we have added coffee, juice, and smoothies at our Café and we now carry flowers courtesy of The Flower Shack.
