You are bidding on a $400 gift certificate!  A flat rate basic estate planning package is an $800 cost.  This certificate will get half of the package paid for and you will be ready to plan.

The total package includes two wills, which allow you to name a guardian for your children and direct how your assets will be distributed upon your death; two powers of attorney for health care, which name an agent to make health care decisions for you if you are incapacitated; and two powers of attorney for property, which name an agent to make property and financial decisions on your behalf if you are incapacitated.
