Special Instructions
Child on the field must be between the ages of 6 and 14. Only one child can go on the field. Must coordinate with Dodger Promotions coordinator to secure a mutually agreed upon game during the 2013 season. Recipient must submit request form by May 10, 2013 to arrange for event. Date subject to blackout and availability on a first-received first-fulfilled basis. Every attempt will be made to accommodate your preferred dates within our schedule, however date fulfillment is at the sole discretion of the Los Angeles Dodgers.
