Limitations/restrictions:
Consulting: up to two (2) hours of one property in one physical location.
Deliverable: One written report will be provided electronically (preferred), or by mail.
Winner may contact Avi Lenchner with subject-matter questions, but not to exceed 30 minutes of phone or email consultation.
Winner has no obligation to pursue any recommendations. No purchase necessary. Any additional services will be contracted and signed, as requested by client. Winner must be the property owner or property manager who has decision-making authority. Owner, property manager, or a formally designated person on the behalf of the winner, must be present and on-location during the assessment, at all times.
Scheduling: Service scheduling will be at mutually agreed convenient date and time.
Geography: property must be located in the San Francisco Bay Area (Peninsula, South Bay, City of San Francisco).
