With enthusiasm and focus, the Rose Kindergarten children created this beautiful rose wall hanging. Each child wet felted two flower shapes and cut and glued green wool felt leaves. The children diligently finger-knitted the purple yarn from which the banner is hung, and sewed the green "vine" on to the cloth. Class parents helped to carefully stitch the dowel casing and tacked the flowers onto the turquoise banner. The joy of the children's creation bursts forth from this piece, which would brighten any room it graces.
