Come enjoy a yoga retreat and day of relaxation, hiking, inner journeying, catered lunch and camaraderie in the Woodside hills, 25 minutes from downtown Los Altos.

You'll be treated to two yoga sessions with Julie Moore and Allyson Atwell, trained, certified and experienced yoga teachers, a relaxing hypnotherapy journey with Andrea Walker, certified clinical hypnotherapist, a hike through an adjacent open space preserve, and a delicious raw foods lunch.
