Located on busy California Avenue, Avalon Art & Yoga Center is a peaceful refuge from the stresses of daily life. Founded in 2002 by Palo Alto native Paul Crowl, Avalon features fine art from local artists displayed on the walls in the front gallery, as well as a shop that sells yoga mats and props, clothes and books. A full staff of experienced instructors offers 39 classes a week in all different styles of yoga catering to adults and children of all ages.
