Pastry Chef Ian Farrell will demonstrate the techniques to create three of his own original truffles, as well as tuxedo strawberries, and a single chocolate stiletto to go home with one lucky guest!

You will be invited to taste a variety of chocolates and splendidly paired adult libations while socializing and being awed by the talents of our very own parent chef. Truffles of the evening will include the "Gaelic" with Bailey's Irish Cream and coffee, the "Orient" with green tea and mint, and the "Dulce de Oro" with caramel and chocolate.
