One month of personalized Holistic Health Coaching services offered by Shelley Hurguy, RN, M.S.N. Holistic Health Coach.  This one month introductory program includes an initial health history consultation followed by two additional appointments, email support support between sessions and a variety of handouts, recipes, books and other materials. Office is based in Ventura, California but sessions may be conducted via phone or Skype as an alternative to meeting in person.
