Tickets are for the Maker Faire in San Mateo on May 18th-19th.

The Bay Area MAKER FAIRE is a two-day, family-friendly festival of invention, creativity and resourcefulness, and a celebration of the Maker movement. This truly fantastical event features the best of DIY projects of all kinds made by all kinds of creative people. Artists, geeks, inventors, magicians, musicians, et al, present an amazing array of kinetic sculptures, robots, vehicles, computer gizmos, games, races, and on and on. There are many hundreds of hands on experiences and stuff to make for kids and adults plus demonstrations, performances, and other delights, including lots of good ethnic food. Held at the San Mateo County Fairgrounds.

MAKE Magazine, published in Sebastopol, CA, is the foremost Do It Yourself publication in the world. It has helped promote the explosion of DIY around the world and now sponsors MAKER FAIRES in many countries. Each issue features detailed instructions with photos for making a myriad of useful, playful, and creative projects that can be made at home using readily available materials.

Pick up/shipping information: At auction close, items will be available for pick up at REACH School in Sebastopol, CA, on the designated pick up days or it can be mailed at the winning bidder's expense via Fed Ex, UPS or USPS first class mail. Winning bidder is responsible for all shipping fees and billed at standard industry rates.
