Ann has been practicing yoga for 16 years. Having the opportunity to study with some of the most senior teachers in the Bay Area, Ann's classes reflect a deep knowledge of alignment. Her personal practice and teaching are greatly influenced by the Ashtanga vinyasa tradition, and her teacher John Smith. Deepening her yoga practice, she also studies the Yoga Sutras of Patanjali with Kate Holcomb, and includes chanting in her classes. Ann's classes are fun, playful, and challenging.

Pick up/shipping information: At auction close, items will be available for pick up at REACH School in Sebastopol, CA, on the designated pick up days or it can be mailed at the winning bidder's expense via Fed Ex, UPS or USPS first class mail. Winning bidder is responsible for all shipping fees and billed at standard industry rates.
