Kairos is a powerful therapeutic process whereby healing occurs as long-held contractions in the body are released. These contractions are the result of physical and emotional trauma. Unlocking these contractions brings oxygen and nutrients to affected areas and carries away toxins. This leads to a healthier body. 

Emotional contractions lead to patterns of behavior that we cannot seem to change. A Kairos therapist is skilled in reversing these contractions in the client's emotional body by using the "qi" in their hands.

During a session, the client lies fully clothed on a massage table or special "cradle."  Pivotal memories may arise and be felt, but the released contraction can lift the body memory, allowing you the opportunity to access levels of joy and well-being previously forgotten.

This session will last from one hour to one and a half hours at Diane's home office in Cotati.  Diane enjoys working with adults and children alike.
