Fund-A-Need for Grant-A-Wish - DECA.


With over a 60 year history, DECA has impacted the lives of more than ten million students, educators, school administrators and business professionals since it was founded in 1946. Their strong connection with our organization has resonated into a brand that people identifr as a remarkable experience in the preparation of emerging leaders and entrepreneurs.


DECA’s programs and activities have constantly evolved as we use the latest technology and apply cutting edge educational research. Its core focus has remained consistent and is captured in their mission: to prepare emerging leaders and entrepreneurs for careers in marketing, finance, hospitality and management in high schools and colleges around the globe.


We are requesting these funds in order to send our students to the DECA competitions and forums scheduled throughout the school year.


$1200 grant requested.  You may donate in increments of $10.  Example:  to donate $50, purchase 5 of this item.

“Bidding” on a Fund-A-Need item is considered a donation directly to benefit a certain program, activity, grant or class. Purchasing this item partially funds a request the MPA received from faculty, staff or a student club. All amounts for “Fund-A-Need” purchases are tax deductible donations to the Minuteman Parent Association, 501(c)3 organization and my be eligible for a company matching contribution.

Unless this grant request receives full funding, the MPA is not able to provide assurance that the balance of the grant request will be funded, as funding depends upon the success of the MPA's online auction and Comedy Night fundraiser.
