Ryan Fancher, previously of The French Laundry and El Dorado Kitchen, is Barndiva’s chef de cuisine. Your meal will be expertly paired with several of Copain’s library wines, renowned for their refined, food-friendly style. Vintner Wells Guthrie, inspired by his apprenticeship with winemaker Michel Chapoutier in France’s Rhône Valley, specializes in classically-styled wines from cool-climate vineyard sites.
