Hail to the Chef!  By popular demand, the famous dinner known as the “Faculty Feast” is back for eight (8) lucky people! This is sure to be a memorable evening filled with camaraderie and conviviality.

• Savor a gourmet meal prepared and served by Headmaster Michael Ferreboeuf with the assistance of faculty members Peter Mundy and Bonnie Fraenza.


• Experience the unique flavors of homemade charcuterie and fruit liqueurs from Michael's own meat locker, cellar and garden.  New recipes from Michael’s training in France!


• Cathy Madison, CSB Admission Director, will be hosting the event in her home, ending the night’s feasting with homemade chocolate truffles.
