Andrew Barkan and Polly Hall write and perform music for children under the name Andrew & Polly. Their imaginative and thoughtful songs encourage musical playfulness for people with any number of teeth. They are passionate advocates of early childhood music education and play weekly shows in and around their home of Santa Monica, CA.  Andrew & Polly’s self-produced album “Up and At ‘Em!” features the song “When You’re A Dog,” winner of the 2012 ASCAP Foundation Joe Raposo Children’s Music Award.
