Three hours of indoor rowing lessons on a Concept2 Indoor Rowing Machine with Bill Cooper – 2^nd and 4^th grade father, Indoor Rowing Collegiate World Champion and U.S. National Team rower. 

To quote Gusteau, the Chef from Ratatouille, “Anyone can row, but only the fearless can be great.”  Rowing is great exercise for parents and a great way for older Cathedral students (6^th, 7^th & 8^th grade) to differentiate themselves for high school and college.  Saint Ignatius has a rowing team and summer rowing camps….

Lessons can be in your home whether you have a rowing machine or not; I can bring one to you.  Lessons can also be split up over time and shared with more than one family member.
